Due to COVID-19 pandemic situation if any student wants to submit their admission FORM online, please follow the following procedure.
- Download the FORM from our website.
- Pay the Application Form Fee 1000 taka by Payment option of Nagad or Scan the following QR Code by Nagad app.
- Fill-up the FORM and must input the Payment information on the Form’s field #15.
- Attach the FORM with PP size photograph, all other necessary papers and sent to our official email address email@example.com
- Please sent the details of your payment & attach your Filled up Form’s scan copy as PDF format.
- Email’s subject should be specific by mentioning Your Full Name & DGHS Roll Number.
- After verifying your given information we will sent you a confirmation email from our official email.
